The staff was stressed and not really polite. The ice cream was good. However, the children chose the surprise ice cream - which wasn't available. The explanation was they couldn't find one to buy. Sorry the shelves have been full of eggs for weeks

Good ice cream, worth a try

So first I ordered my ice cream as normal. When I got it, I got the almost completely melted ice dripped over my NEW pants. When I wanted to start eating I discovered hair, which I found quite disgusting and irresponsible. Then I wanted to order a glass of orange spritzer that I couldn't get anymore. Wait 20 minutes, I asked an employee where my drink was going. Then she said that it was not recorded and I could then wait another 5 minutes to get sparkling water with food coloring. Of course I know it's not like that, but it tasted like that. For me it is only 1 star value very bad ice cream parlor will not come again.

We were very happy to have ice cream with friends at Vivaldi again, it wasn't a problem either, but if you want a non-alcoholic cocktail you won't get it, although everyone is available with alcohol. It is incomprehensible and disappointing.

Delicious ice cream and very nice staff. You can take a seat both outside and inside. The map has a lot of choices. From big to small from sweet, fruity to nutty. It's all there. Too bad I think only that there are no normal napkins. We were with small children and could not clean their hands.
